Shiny!

Actually, our first proof wasn't shiny. It had a "matte" finish.

And we looked at that, and looked at that, and said, "It doesn't look bad" "Oh, no. Nothing wrong with it at all. It's just that..." "New books are supposed to be shiny." "Yes. Exactly."

So we switched to a gloss finish. :)
