First draft: COMPLETED.

It’s going to feel really strange, but my kids are on their spring break, so I think I’m going to officially declare myself “on vacation” for the rest of the week.

I'm trying to conjure up a feeling of whoohoo, but, alas, I mostly just seem to feel tired.

Not that I'm not glad and proud and all that... but I'd rather sleep than go out and celebrate. :(

I completely get that, actually. Sometimes the best thing about being done is that you get to stop doing it.

(For definitions of "done" that apply to novels, of course.)
